looking at the target users and the goals of the founders.
The GreenFerret team helped them formulate a business strategy
using a platform versus a product approach and worked with them
to research the market and build a business plan and financial model.
While the product was developed by another firm, GreenFerret
provided some redesign expertise for the vital free trial signup wizard.
The WatchNBuy founders were then able to take their business plan
to investors and start to execute on the marketing and sales plan.
